Erotic floor and the art of upside down, Juniper's bread and butter as a professional Burlesque performer, dancer and industry stripper spanning across 9 years. A sprinkling of contemporary floorwork and pole inspired pleaser flow, combined to create a strong yet fluid flow with confidence. This workshop is technique focused with skills and drills with loads of play time and plenty of repetition to really execute tricks safely. Juniper will have a major focus on safety and required conditioning to be injury free with adaptations throughout and sprinkling of dance anatomy. Juniper draws upon her knowledge and experience with teaching movement, coaching 1:1’s and workshops for over 10 years, as a dancer, rehab coach, personal trainer, Pilates instructor and Yoga facilitator. Walk away not only feeling strong and supported, but with tricks up your sleeve, to maybe be utilised in pole routines, strip club work, burlesque or dance.
PREREQUISITES FOR STUDENTS
This is a skills and drills based workshop, physically demanding. Some experience with movement is encouraged.
Not suitable to those in acute phases of injury.
