SOMATIC CONSENT EXPLORATION

ASSFEST M25 | IMMERSION | 18.05.25 | SECOND STORY STUDIOS | NAARM (MELBOURNE)

Setting boundaries and giving consent can sound easy in theory but can be really tricky in the moment. So we want to explore out No, Yes and Maybe. So in this beautiful container we can start to play with and start listen to our gut feeling on when to set a boundary and give consent, AND start hearing and expressing what we actually want. Because at least for me I enjoy playing with people that know what they want and can negotiate, so we all feel good. This will be based on the wheel of consent mixed with other somatic practices. There will be exploration of touch in exercises that will be possible to do verbally.
