ABOUT THE DIRECTOR: Emmanuel Gras turned to cinema after studying history. He joined ENS Louis-Lumière and worked as a cinematographer while making his own films. His first documentary feature, Bovines, was presented at the Cannes Film Festival and was nominated for the César for best documentary. Shot in the DRC, his film Makala won the Critics Week Grand Prize. His latest feature film, A People, tells the story of the Yellow Vests movement, which shook up France for an entire year.


AMO was featured in our ASSFEST M25 Temple Screening (17.05).
