In cultures all across the globe, for millennia, trance has been used to connect communities of people in deep and potent ways. Genuinely alive, shared rituals that enable us to access trance states are sorely missing in our modern world, leaving gaps in the web of our individual and collective psyches.

‘Pant & Pulse’ invites you into a potent, playful and empowering exploration of collective erotic trance that expands your experience of pleasure, connection and consciousness. You already possess all the tools we use to create this ritual - breath, sound, movement, touch… activated, altered, harmonised together in various shared practices that take us beyond our everyday reality.

Increased freedom, ecstasy, joy, intimacy and/or laughter are likely side effects of showing up for this adventure, as is a broader experience of what you know as erotic. There are various ways you can participate in this ritual - e.g. options that do or don’t include touch with other people or positions with different levels of intensity.

Tools are offered to support you to navigate the ritual process with conscious choice, taking care of yourself and your fellow adventurers. It is important that if you attend you are willingly choosing to participate in some way. This space is unable to support neutral bystanders or onlookers. “Real ritual” has an inherent element of mystery (‘Pant & Pulse’ is no exception), and as such this workshop is recommended for folks who have at least foundational experience of consent, boundaries and group erotic spaces.
