‘Witnessed’ invites you to step forward and be seen in the fullness of who you are. Claim your power, take up more space, put down the masks and fully inhibit yourself as a sexual being. Many of us go through life without our authentic expression being truly seen or celebrated. Furthermore, our erotic nature has been rejected and wronged by mainstream culture. ‘Witnessed’ is a collective gathering point that rewrites this story by using the shared gift of loving, non-judgemental presence to liberate and uplift all of you.

In this workshop we guide you through a number of embodied practices that support you to let go of shame, loosen the grip of outdated conditioning and step into your authentic expression. Enter a playful space that holds and honours your vulnerability with reverence and acceptance.

This will be a safe space with clear agreements, boundaries and intention. All exercises will be optional and easily adapted to a level that feels right for you.
